Dropped in for a quick lunch today. Great vibe to the place - really friendly and welcoming team. Busy little restaurant - lots of full tables and people collecting takeaway. Food is delicious. Will definitely be back for more!
Visited Bango with my Daughter who's an Asian food fiend.nIt's a lovely spacious restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. The food came quickly and was well presented.nHowever, I had mixed feelings about the food. As someone who cooks and has eaten lots of Asian dishes from all around the world, I found two of the three dishes we had lacking on flavour. The Pork belly Bao was excellent In flavour but with a basic side salad and medium bun I would consider it overpriced. The chicken katsu mayo roll really had no flavour at all., almost bland.nThe Cornish brisket that topped the loaded fries was delicious, but had just been placed on top of what seemed like basic unseasoned oven fries.nOverall we were both a little disappointed, but It wouldn't stop us from trying again, possibly trying the small plate dishes during happy hour.

Visited as a party of 3 on a Saturday evening and we got seated straight away on a big shared table. We had a selection of dishes including fishcakes bao buns, sashimi, salt and pepper squid and beef brisket fries. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. There was a small wait as the restaurant was busy as well as lots of takeaways being prepared but everything was well organized and run very efficiently. This place is a delightful surprise in an unexpected location and well worth the visit.
What an amazing place!nThe food was absolutely stunning and the staff are all brilliant with a really fun and chilled vibe in the restaurant.nI had the beef brisket noodles which is now my new obsession nCooked to absolute perfection with so many beautiful ingredients nAlso tried the fried cauliflower, which I didn't know could taste so good nThey also have their own gin which I'd recommend, floral without the sharp after taste nAnd also welcome well behaved dogs which was fantastic n10/10 will definitely be going again.nThank you to the staff for such a great experience for my friends birthday
