Very poor service, they don’t know how to service customers, I had been twice so I knew about Bangladesh high commissioners staff, they would be improved more

Feel shame as a Bangladeshi when Bangladesh high commission behaves like a dog with people. All the staff was really rude and arrogant.

Very very poor service from the staff members !! I am ringing from last two weeks everyday but no one is pick up the phone I was on the queue at least 1 hours.then hang up and said all of our staff busy at moment.!!
