Fantastic mid week break for a really good price. The caravan was of a high standard which was impressive and welcome. The caravan couldn't have been closer to the beach, the beach was lovely and quiet, except for the occasional dogs and their walkers. There is also a great playground for children of all ages too.
Lovely caravan park with pitches right next to a long sandy beach except when the tide comes in!. Pitches were sloping and sandy, so took a little care and effort to level the motorhome. Good facilities, not open to the public coming in off the beach. The warden was friendly and helpful
What a great campsite, we visited in November and got a pitch right at the beach, superb. The shower/toilet block was clean and well kept. There is a big play area near the reception, the sandy beach is clean and dog friendly Took a walk into Banff, 3 big food shops, The Spotty Bag Shop serves food and the shop itself is quite big. We took a visit to Tarlair swimming pool in Macduff which is abandoned but still worth a visit Lots to see and a good area for touring
I had not been to Banff since I was a child, so decided to go back for a look. It's really nice. Great beach, easy enough walk to the shops, We got a front row spot in the Motorhome overlooking the sea. We even got a great Sunset. Great place to go with a Caravan or Motorhome.Service: 5/5
Nice location. Seafront pitches were very slopey which we were told about but this was pretty extreme levels. Avoid pitch 33 and 34. Think they are the worst ones for this! If you pay for a seafront pitch expect other campers to walk across your pitch to get to the beach constantly. Lovely beachfront location though. Facilities were ok. A bit tired though. Helpful friendly receptionist and good little shop.
Wonderful spot on the east coast.. perfect for exploring. We had hoped to do some paddle oarding but the wind meant the waves were just a bit rough for us..The beach is gorgeous and you can walk into Banff itself easily. Campsite was well maintained and toilet facilities ample and clean. Great park for the kids aswell with a small shop on site for your immediate needs.
Only walked by but the beach is fantastic. Lovely and sandy and right next to the park. Looked a nice park and a very good play area for kids
Great site, almost on the beach. Small shop on the site. Great swimming. Shower and toilet block needs upgrade.
Didn't stay, had walk on beach with nice coffee and snack from van in car park! Much needed as got caught in the rain!
I only have one complaint about our stay .... we had to come home. A wonderful, relaxing and very friendly park. The caravan was immaculately clean. Everything was provided in the caravan for our stay. The laundry block room was well stocked with local information as well as the washers & dryers. Great for walkers, as you can stroll into Banff Harbour and then look around the town. The petrol station just before the park is well stocked with local produce. Must admit it is a serious climb up the pathway. Highly recommend this delightful holiday park.
