Great place to take the kids. From ages 0-12
We have been many times, my son and niece love it. Great way for them to burn off some energy. Has a baby/ toddler section, reasonably large main section and inflatable slide. When we have been it's always been clean. The do lots of offers for entry price. They aren't expensive. Food has always been beautiful, not the general soft play food! I would definatly recommend.
Great place to take children to burn some energy off & also good that adults can go on soft play too. They have a good menu & isn't too badly priced either, they have a good choice of food for everyone. It's well worth the money, there's a place for toddlers which is great! We'll definitely be back.
Excellent for kids & toddlers Have meals & drinks. £4 for my grandson who's 5, £3.50 for my 1 year old grandson. I believe they do parties & sleepovers aswell. Staff seem very nice, not enough room to manoeuvre in a wheelchair, though there is a disabled toilet.
Lovely, helpful staff, great service, nice food and an excellent place to take the kids to play. Lots of things to do. Small area for under threes and large area for over. My kids had a fantastic time and got to meet micky mouse and a minion while we were there.
Went on a Saturday, the staff, what we saw of them, wereally rude except for the poor lad trying to keep on top of clearing the tables my partner got nothing but attitude when trying to buy a drink for my son. It was packed, people were leaving shoes, bags and coats all over the floor, which children were falling over, the baby and toddler bit was overrun with older children, one of which punched my one year old in the Face! There were no staff around to get the older kids out of the baby part, which was being climbed on top of and a child of around 11 was hitting a baby in the face with the play stuff, a stark comparison to the time before when there was hardly anyone there and the play areas were staffed and older kids were told to play in the big bit, I'm absolutely appalled at how many people were allowed in there at one time, despite people only supposed to be in there an hour and a half there is no way of manning this and it got very overcrowded very quickly, the place isn't that big and is an absolute fire hazard. Won't be going back!
Alright place to take kids to have some fun but after half an hour being there it loses its magic. The staff also don't look happy to be there either which ruins the illusion I feel. Alright for a day out, but that's about it.
POLICE CALLED TO 5th BIRTHDAY PARTY! Took our 4 year old to a party & had to take our 15 month old along too as had no childcare options. Upon arrival the manager demanded that I paid an additional £3.30 for our 15 month old; despite him confirming no such terms & conditions are on the party invites nor could he provide me with a written copy of any such terms and conditions. I explained we had attended 4 parties in the last 2 months and not paid for our youngest and that she would not be using the facilities; the option was pay the money or leave the premises; I refused to leave as our 4 year old was at the party with her classmates and the manager then called the police! So the manager had 2 uniformed police officers stood amongst a 5th birthday party demanding payment of £3:30 for a 15 month old who was sat on my knee with no interest in using the soft play facilities..unbelievably poor management and business judgement, the situation could have been handled completely differently and not created such animosity.
Staff are good, they were walking around check why kids are crying. my 6 year become bored but my 2 year old loved it. Food not the best even for soft play standards
Good food lovely staff kids love it but there should be more supervision young children don't stand a chance sometimes
