My best friend was a senior care assistant and got very bullied by staff and management ignored her. Cqc rating should be so much lower ! Wouldn’t recommend anyone work here unless what you’re looking for is a miserable work life ! Can’t express enough how I don’t recommend this place ! CQC rating speaks for its self ! I’ve had a response to say have you reached out to so and whoever . . That doesn’t rectify what my best friend went through all the bullying and miss justice from this god awful company ! All my friend did was stand up for herself and as a result of that her work life was made hell !! This company needs to stop bullying good staff and concentrate more on the residents and staff well being and bringing the Cqc rating up from two shameful stars!!
My father had Alzheimers and needed people to visit. This improved his depression and social abilities. Its disgusting that this care home is stopping contact thru the window with relatives. Shame on you, strikes me "care" is missing at this home.
Not Managed Well. Care Staff Not Look After if Anything they are down trodden. Low wage
They haven't a clue when it comes to wellbeing care compassion empathy discussing......
