My father had Alzheimers and needed people to visit. This improved his depression and social abilities. Its disgusting that this care home is stopping contact thru the window with relatives. Shame on you, strikes me "care" is missing at this home.

Not even allowed to wave to relatives through window. This place is no better than prison.

They haven't a clue when it comes to wellbeing care compassion empathy discussing......
