Ordered a basic curry half and half. It didn’t taste very fresh. It was as like it was heated up and put into a tin foil dish. That wasn’t the worst part. During eating it, I found a long strain of hair in my food. It’s absolutely disgusting that, even in the fact that there is a global pandemic spreading, people are careless when working with food and don’t care about their basic hygiene. Very disappointed.
My BF just brought a meal and I found a black long hair in my fried rice, Lost my appetite immediately and bin it. So disgusting and irresponsible, staff should use proper hair nets, not only some ridiculous wee hats on their top of heads. Will forget this place for good
I would rather eat sainsburys basic noodles for 19p than ever put anything from this dort hole in my mouth. Went in one night famished for a basic curry chip. The oil tasted like it had been running in a John deer tractor . The Chinese woman behind the counter could not speak one word of English and insulted me when I complained in her Chinese language. I live behind the plaza and took my son for a walk in the park and seen the lady hanging fish on the fence outside, along with tea towels. Avoid avoid avoid. The river behind their shop is full oil and god knows what else waste, even seen a few rats hanging around in the summer months. Please take your money elsewhere.
They used dominoes delivery men to deliver my chinese and as there was a drink missing I had to ring them back to which they're answer was "eh the driver cant find it in his car so dont know where it is" Dont know what the 3 sauces in the bag were suppose to be .the curry half and half was just a tray of mush. Counter staff need to brush up on their people skills. Safe to say I wont be back
1 star to much. How can people eat out of this place after spending 30 pound on a takeaway its brutal and by the way its the whole familys opinion who usually loves chinese food. Starters chicken cheese rolls disgusting . Ribs in bbq more like ribs in engine oil. sick looking vile taste defo not bbq taste. Special fried rice No taste and no meat and i can go on. every thing away to the bin. what a waste. Complete robbery. Shame on you people
Terrible food and over priced, the crispy chilli chicken didn't have any chilli and the chicken was horrible pop corn chicken bits with barely any chicken just crisp, couldn't eat it, worst Chinese by far. Cost £10.50 for that and half chip half rice and curry, wouldn't eat here again.
The food was nice but it was very over priced we had to pay £11.50 for chicken noodle soup and salt on chilli chicken and I asked for no veg in my soup and there was veg as well they said it was gonna be delivered in 30 minutes but it took an hour.
I have ordered from here about 4 or 5 times and each time they have got my order wrong and didn't deliver some of the stuff we asked for. Also the delivery person didn't have any change I don't see why they aren't given change at the start of there shift regardless if it's the first delivery of the night. We won't be ordering from here anymore. Also when you make an order over the phone it should last under 2 minutes but not here it took nearly 5 minutes for my delivery to be written down, said back to me, the price given and to hang up.
serving staff who clearly didn’t want to take her face out of her phone,the waiting area was both cold and very smoky and food smelling due to poor kitchen air extradition, the food was the worst Chinese iv ever had despite trip advisor top marks....will never be back.
Been getting chopsticks years now and last night the food I got you wouldn't give it to a dog and who serves skinny chips in.a Chinese won't be going back
