Awful. Ordered for delivery on Uber. Forgot main part of order but couldn’t redeliver ‘because they had no other deliveries in my area’. Was promised a takeaway on them at another time. Tried to redeem and they laughed down the phone. Thank god Uber customer services were more helpful. Back to our favourite Chinese Happy Eating up the road. Avoid at all costs.

It's gone from the best to the worst Chinese in the area. Staff haven't a clue about the dishes on their menu. The dish I had was supposed to Kung po nothing like I have no idea what I had it was tasteless and bland. Never again the current owners/management need a serious rethink it's so bad.

I would really have given nil stars. Absolutely disgusting meal in the past this had been by far the best Chinese but hadn't realised it has recently changed hands and it needs to change hands again. All we received was a tray full of virtually cold noodles and 2 prawns and about 6 bits of onion.No gravy was dry as a board. I would never recommend this place all the food was fit for was the bin where sadly it ended up.

If id had known it has changed hands i wouldn't have ordered from here. Portion sizes are much smaller, chicken chow mein has changed a lot, doesn't taste the same as it did before which i might add the taste before was much better than it is now, chicken dry and no where near as tasty as before. Beef curry the same, hardly any taste and no where near as nice as before. They've upped prices and standards have lowered ... I certainly wont be getting anything from there again, ill be getting a chinese from golden dragon in Elland. Very disappointed. I wouldn't have given any stars but that's no an option. 1 star because we wasn't waiting for long after ordering ...

The service here is the best I've had from a local takeaway. They get my order right every time; the total is added up on arrival/ringing, then posted to your takeaway as a guarantee. Little things, yes, but I know I paid  correctly for a good priced meal and they even throw in fortune cookies and prawn crackers from time to time. Lovely staff who are quick, polite, and the food arrives hot and tasty every time.

We have always gone to the Bamboo and always been delicious with large portions and plenty of meat We ordered a Special Chow Mein tonight. The portions where much smaller, hardly any meat, very dry and no taste. Realised under new management. Wish the old management had stayed. If I wanted a pot noodle could have bought it for under a pound at Tesco. I will never ever set foot in there again. Jing Jings you will now be expecting my custom. I would have rated at no stars but you don't have the option.

Did not realise its under new management or else I would not have ordered at all. Driver walked away with my change without saying anything and the food is no longer as good as it was before. Last time I dial that number. Would not recommend

Always happy ordering from this Chinese until tonight ordered our usual food and it was frezzing when it arrived half the size portion and true full not very good at all it was awful definitely not the same Chinese anymore

We didn’t know it had Changed hands.   Vegetarian menu dire. Food awful. Anyone recommend a decent Chinese takeout?
