I used to love going here but unfortunately the place seems to be going downhill as it needs some serious TLC. The sensory room used to be my favorite place but all the items in there are either broken or dirty. The rest of the place I feel could also do with a bit of a clean and repair. The toilets could also do with a lick of paint and a clean. On a positive note it does look like they have started to rejuvenate the place but that also seems to be half done. Its a brilliant place and I hope they do invest in fixing the place up as it seems to be the only place in Cardiff that caters exclusively to babies and toddlers. Once they do spruce the place up it will get top marks.
The toilets were very dirty and the ladies didn't have a toilet seat! The floor in the play areas were covered in food and we were there early so it couldn't have all been from that morning. A little bit of a clean and the place would be great. Other than cleanliness i liked it.
It was awful experience - dirty play area, very dirty toilet with broken toilet seat, a lot of toys are broken or old, and terrible customer service with a full of attitude... Do not recommend to go there at all.
