This was a surprise for a family member. Lovely, clean, spacious restaurant with nice decor. Qasim looked after our needs and ensured we were all comfortable. Food was delicious, it was cooked to perfection and we all enjoyed our experience here at Baltistan. Vegetarian options: A nice selection of vegetarian options available. To name a few, Bombay aloo, saag aloo and mattar panir.
My family and I always really enjoy visiting here at the Baltistan its a lovely, clean environment to be in along with the amazing fresh , delicious food and number off options available for you with great prices. The staff here are great and super friendly and always want to make your time there enjoyable. 100% recommend.
I honestly can say this one of the best Bangladeshi restaurants in Luton . Fresh food that tastes amazing. Great customer service. Sometimes late but worth the wait. Late only on Saturdays due how busy they are. I am not going back to my old Indian takeaways again.
Very good food and very friendly staff very accommodating. Food was very good, the quality of the food was exceptional, we had prompt serving and complimentary drinks after. Highly recommend.

Not great for vegetarians. Ordered 3 curries and each one was the same. Potatoes. Mixed frozen veg. Potatoes are not a vegetable. Frozen veg is a cop out. Much better options around
Food and staff used to be very good.....my recent visit, put us off. Staff was rude. No matter how nice the food was, it changed our experience badly. Gave them 5 stars 1 year ago, sorry must changed to 2 due your staff are bad.
My wife and I went for a lovely meal last night, the food was excellent, the staff and service was perfect, lovely atmosphere and looking forward to going back soon.
Its a shame because i called them earlier whether they will deliver on christmas day and they said yes they will deliver but will close at 5pm. Called them 2 hours in advance for delivery and they took my order. The total came to £20 and then they said they cant deliver because its busy. I also offered them £10 cash for delivery and still refused. My point is why would you take my order to be delivered at 5pm and in the end they say they cant deliver lol just because i ordered £20 worth of food. The person who handled the call suggested me to call local takeaway from Burypark Luton thinking im a cheapskate. Very appaling customer service. Their excuse is its busy so why didnt they say that from the beginning of my call for delivery. Anyways whoever is reading this review i hope you have a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year.
