Customer service was very bad ordered on phone and the person taking order was really rude. Lamb curry barely had ANY meat in it just a few very tiny pieces, when called to complain they said “that’s how it comes”. Definitely not coming here again.Food: 1/5
Come on guys this chicken madras aint hot, its mild and I had better madras then this in top class bengali restaurants, I'm disappointed with this and vidaloo, tindaloo, paal or naga is hot na come on I'm bengali need it extremely hot next time please if you you don't mindFood: 1/5
Quite possibly the worst curry we've ever had! We order a curry every Friday & were recommended the Balti hut, after waiting over an hour for delivery it arrived luke warm, after reheating we discovered the Currys were inedible, grainy & without flavour! The chips were also grainy & had obviously not been cooked fresh. After phoning the restaurant to inform them I was told they are the "busiest takeaway" in the area & because I was a new customer they wouldn't take my complaint! The man on the phone was rude & extremely unhelpful! Will never be ordering from here again!
Was impressed with my first order 3 weeks ago upon recommendation, second order 2 weeks ago was very greasy and was charged much more for delivery, when I hadn't paid before, living near by, when I asked about the charges was told well pick it up yourself! Tonight, sauce was exactly the same for two very different dishes except that one sauce was packed out with raw chunks of white cabbage, meat elements were greatly reduced, rice was swimming in gee, way too much! Avoid this place, they only seem to want the money, but non of the care, when a takeaway is a treat for most nowadays. Gutted that I gave a tip again! Really think twice before ordering. Read past good reviews! Mostly 4 or 5 years ago! Clearly not what it was, and not value for your money.
Been coming here for 10 years and never had a bad meal. Please please please don’t ever change your cheese naans. It’s so difficult to get a cheese naan with any actual cheese melted onto it anymore let alone the amount you get here. Cheers.

I have never had a problem before but just had a delivery which I ordered through the app. My food turned up within a good time but it was stone cold. I phoned to complain and they said to right a review. I had tandoori King prawns which as I said was stone cold, even my nann bread was cold. If I wanted a microwave meal I would have bought one because that is exactly what I have had to now and warm it up in the microwave.
Ordered online which worked ok even though the menu bar on the left of the screen does not work. You can order in advance which is a bonus. Order for collection was set for 19.25 but was not ready until 19.45. Locals tell me they're rarely on time but as this was NYE I didn't have high hopes so I was relaxed about it being 20 mins late. They apologised for this. We had a mix of tandoori, balti and a couple of 'classics'. Everyone was happy with them apart from the weird colouring they seem to add to some dishes! The sauces are all a bit sweet but I've come to realise this is common up here in the Midlands. Not so down south. For me, the star offering was the onion bhajis - they were genuinely the best I've ever tasted. I'd go back again just for those - and anything from the tandoor.
Ordered on Just Eat. I had no idea about the place and think that I must have ordered from the best take out curry in Birmingham. Will certainly order from here again.
