Premisses are not well maintained. We encountered gum and sweets en masse on the floor at the bus terminal. No weather protected waiting area. Information and ticket offices closes at 4.50 p.m. The bus terminal is definitely not a place to hang out and wait around. In case you are forced to do so, head to Adair Arms for coffee or tea. It is worth while and many buses stop just outside the hotel/restaurant.

It's very cold today and there is an area which should be open for public with the heating on, honestly sitting on the cold bench and I am freezing, why you can't keep the area with heat open for public? 🙁🙁🙁

always has been a great station. although in my opinion trains need to be longer to accommodate the amount of passengers

Not the place to be if you need to use toilet facilities. Very unneeded situation. 1 star accordingly
