Staff lovely. Well organised. First time I've had bloods done without a big bruise left. Consultant I saw Dr Best put me at ease and was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. Excellent service all round
Parking was difficult due to lack of parking spaces. Wheelchair accessibility is excellent. Wide corridors for social distancing purposes. Very well departmental signage. Friendly staff. Only downfall was the coffee booth which was closed even though the appointment was after 4pm.
Does what it says on tin.too long a walk for physically handicapped service user getting support boots and calipers measured and adjusted. Coffee shop lady very helpful offering to carry food and drink for me as I was on a stick
First point of contact is the Reception, couldn't ask for nicer staff, very helpful and approachable. Each visit a wheel chair is required for my Husband, a helpful hand is always near, I.e. a Porter. Again very pleasant staff. The only criticism I would give, is Car parking, have seen staff parking in spaces that should be for patients.

Place needs a really good shake up from the top down, just spent an hour trying to get through on the phone to arrange a call back from a Dr. to be told you can only get a call back if its an emergency! Bad enough you can never get an appointment but now you can't even get a call back! When I asked for one the thing on the other end said no I'm sorry I'm to busy! Discussing woman would be better off working in a prison! Do they not know they have a duty of care! Been with this practice for 50 years but now I'm moving to another practice where I'll get an appointment! Discussing!
Nice facility, just very slow at sending results back from XRay., Otherwise very helpful.
Over 80 times I've tried calling. Since yesterday and the line is busy. Receive a voicemail from the doctor to phone him back, didn't leave a number and the practise number has been busy for over 24 hours now.
A very clean and modern health centre. Staff were very helpful and no waiting time.
