Used to go here with kids , but found some of the staff not very friendly so I haven’t gone back . We go to tullycarnet libary now . which is brilliant for kids and staff are so friendly we love it there but definitely not be back in ballyhackamore
WiFi is extremely poor. Also the library only accepts cash. Cannot access Gmail either as they have server issues. Stuck in the stone age with their tech. Best avoid unless paperback books are your thing.
Public libraries are a precious resource; we are privileged to have them. Ballyhackamore library is a lovely place, light and airy with a good selection of books and computers. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great place.
Friendly staff with a great selection for all ages and tastes. Brightly lit with a lovely layout.
Good facilities and nice staff. A bit too much chitter from people who aren't reading or studying sometimes though. Make it a quiet library to get 5 stars
