Closed for repairs but had great light on the day.

Great restoration. The visitors centre is open beside the windmill where you can get some background and history about the windmill. Toilets available during opening times. The windmill itself is not normally open due to the restricted movement, limited head height, trap doors and open mechanisms that could be a danger to the unknowing. There are guided tours every so often at the weekends.

Visited the windmill during the European Heritage weekend. Staff knowledge was poor and interactive activities for children weren't working.
