I could not recommend here enough, they are so friendly.. felt at ease and I have to say I felt no pain with any of my treatments. They have been a god send to me the last few months and have always squeezed me in had my tooth removed yesterday and I have no pain what so ever ! I can't believe it!
Having a terrible fear of the dentist from going to school dentist I was very afraid of going here, but after numerous bangs to the face from my horses the last one was one to many. But after going to ballconnell practice my fears were put at rest. Two extractions in one sitting did not feel a thing, thankyou well recommend this practice so polite and pleasant from all staff.
Could not recommend this dental practice enough!! Staff are so friendly and accommodating, even on short notice they go out of their way to help you. The practice itself makes you feel relaxed and at ease perfect for nervous patients like me!
Unprofessional dental practice I've had the misfortune of using. My 14 year old son had been booked in for a emergency appointment because of sore tooth. The dentist did not check his teeth instead they cleaned them and sent home with a receipt. The dentist was being angry and aggressive towards him made his teeth bleed. If the dentist has personal problems they should take a day off instead of going to work and expressing themselves on others.
I would definitely recommend this practice! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to see me, and made me feel so at ease throughout as I have a fear of dentists since I was young.
The most unprofessional dental practice I've had the misfortune of using. Booked myself and my husband in for a cleaning and check up and when I arrived, I was told the hygienist doesn't work on a Friday. When I asked why we were booked in for a cleaning i was given no explanation and treated like it was my fault they couldn't provide the service they booked us in for. Total waste of time. I wont be wasting any more of my time with them, in future I'll just book a professional service.

Great experience, all the staff is very friendly, welcoming and the expertise of both dentist and hygienist is top class. I booked online via the website. I was then contacted by phone to confirm and I also received a reminder via SMS. I definately recommend Ballyconnell dental surgery.
Very unprofessional, not recommended.
Only gave 1 star as zero not available. Don't let the nice decor fool you, it's a mask.
