Overall I can’t complain about anything huge, but it’s the little things that become extremely irritating while living somewhere for about a year now. 1. The elevator is constantly in “moving mode”. It will stay like this for 3 days even after someone is done moving in. Many elderly people struggle to walk in the building and wait way too long for an elevator. 2. The outside “loading zone” can never be used for loading or picking someone up. The same few tenants like to use this spot as there permanent parking spot. 3. The elevators are dirty all winter long, there was dirt, water and mud covering the floors. It’s not acceptable to clean these once at 9am and then let them accumulate slush all day long. 4. We submitted 2 service requests in late 2022, neither of them have been actioned. We were told someone would come assess but no one ever came. 5. It’s been about a month since the snow has melted, and the dirt and garbage around the building outside still hasn’t been cleaned up. 6. They removed a tenants donated bench and dumbbells from the gym due to a safety hazard, maybe this should be a sign that it’s bizarre for a gym not to have dumbbells, and tenants want them. 7. The front parcel room doesn’t have a lock to get into it, so anyone off the street can just come into the building and walk into the package room? This seems like a liability since half the delivery people don’t use the parcel delivery system to lock up packages. Although these may seem minor, when you’re paying >$2500 a month to live somewhere that is advertised as a “luxury” condo, it would be nice if the small things were not overlooked.
Beautiful apartment in a wonderful community setting. Staff are professional, competent, and very responsive. This apartment experience has exceeded our expectation.
