I recently dropped into Balfes, looking for an electric hybrid bike for work. I was warmly welcomed by their friendly staff. As I was looking around, I was aquainted with staff member Andy. He was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He pointed me to a few bikes that fitted my requirements. He offered me a test ride in the car park, to get a better feel of the bike he recommended. Long story short, I left the store with a purchase of that same bike model. I've had no issues with the bike, I would definitely buy from Balfes again. 100% satisfied customer.nnThank you again Andy 10/10
I just wanted to say what fantastic customer service you have. The returns policy was so quick and hassle free. My son’s bike arrived on Tuesday, but a little too big for him, I spoke to one of your agents - Peter and he excellent and extremely understanding. He helped me reorder the smaller size and it will be delivered tomorrow. I was expecting it to be delivered next week but within 3 days is absolutely brilliant. Thank you all and definitely will be recommending to absolutely everyone. Many thanks Balfe.
It was time for a new bike for our DD who had sprouted..Andy at Balfes Gatwick helped us out no end, had to wait a couple of weeks for it to come in but we got called to say it was in and sorted out a time to come in to pick it up.nnAndy was there when we came in and helped us get the basic setup sorted out, now got one happy daughter out on her new ride.nnVery good service all round and special thanks to Andy.
Visited Balfe's today looking for a new bike for my son. The help and advice offered by Ian E-Man! was exceptional. He went out of his way to spend time demonstrating various bike styles and sizes and was extremely helpful and patient. I'm so glad we went into a shop instead of just ordering a bike online based solely on price. We left with a fantastic new bike and plenty of useful knowledge to get my son comfortable and safe on his first few rides. Could not recommend more highly.
I’m a bit of a beginner when it comes to road cycling and wanted to take advantage of my cycle to work scheme. Sam was fantastic in getting me set up and making lots of recommendations based on my experience. Looking forward to getting out on the road. Many thanks to him and the team! Simon
