After speaking with 10+ uninspiring sales assistants in Jewellers around the South West about getting my engagement ring resized. I had almost given up. I finally came across John Baldwin Goldsmiths. From the moment I called everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Nothing was too much. When arriving to the goldsmiths we told what to expect and how much it would cost. My ring came back looking sparking and new. We were so happy that we ended up booking in for a valuation which we we told upfront how much it would cost. 
 The jewellers it's self has some beautiful pieces with every stone you can imagine. We were fortunate enough to deal with James Baldwin who is excellent at what he does and on our second visit we met his father John who is also extremely passionate about all things jewellery too. 
This jewellers is a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for quality experts this is the jewellers for you.

Utmost attention in every way,  As a first time customer I was made to feel welcome in both shops. The staff have enormous patience as I am a fickle person to please. I met the owner of whom is some midland character you cannot fail to be amused by but knows his trade. And as he says leave Europe to succeed. I think he will. Top marks to one and all!
