Very friendly staff-good gym and exercise facilities-Good swimming pool & Sauna but the Spar Pool is never working.

I pay a premium price for myself and my wife - and generally I feel that we get good value for 💰 it's just a shame that a lot of the time the spa pool isn't working.

A real plus to this place is that all the staff and management are genuinely very friendly and helpful and really cannot do enough to ensure that you have a very pleasant visit.

BUT PLEASE BALANCE MANAGEMENT TEAM CAN YOU GET THE SPA-POOL FIXED.

Really good gym and pool, cleaned well and very quiet in off peak. Jaccuzi and steam room does wonders for me

Came down today with a view of joining in the new year,good gym kit...as all gyms,but the fact the jacuzzi was broken,the steam room with filthy and the slats in the sauna were broken which makes me wonder why it’s so more expensive than others....🤔
 The above need a dam good clean balance!!!
