We drive out of our way to go here for food. Staff are lovely, place is clean and you always get what you ask for. Value for money and great quality. A true, traditional chippy where you're served when you order.
My 1st visit there, I have driven passed it many times. There was a bit of a queue which to me is always a good sign, the shop was spotless, the staff were really friendly and the chips were the best I have tasted for many years. I definitely won't drive past it again and I would reccomend anyone to go there.
Food is always fresh, people are friendly prices are fair. Difficult to ask for more.Food: 5/5
Cooked to order haddock was incredible, very crisp batter and big flakes. Kebabs are very tasty.
We have used this chippy for years, however the last two times very disappointed. The dirty oil taste over powered the fish and chips totally inedible on this last visit. Won't visit again. Great staff tho.
