They made the cake exactly how I wanted. My boyfriend and his twin brother loves it too so much! Highly recommended and the packaging is neat! Customer service is responsive too. Thank you very much! I will surely recommend you this bakeshop.
The pastries look very tempting, so I went in to order some. The lady at the counter appeared a little rude though. May be they get a lot of people in the store that window shop and buy nothing, but obviously we’ll need to check all the options before ordering. She just did not want to wait for me to checkout the options. I ended up ordering Oreo cheesecake, was okay. Will try the others.
Definitely an artisan bakery! Beautiful cakes and buns, huge sizes but they aren’t cheap either. Only a few seats in the cafe. Well worth a visit after a day burning calories shopping!
This bakery used to sell the most amazing cakes at the beginning but I bought some blueberries scones and cinnamon rolls yesterday in Dundrum and they were hard as rocks, impossible to eat. I felt totally robbed. I have to say the attention from the staff is not the best. Of course I will not go back again!
Ordered black forest gateau cakes over the past two years for Christmas from them. The cakes are absolutely wonderful and the best black forest gateau cakes we have ever tasted. Only trouble is that they don't last long :- Thanks to all Baked Patisserie.
04/01/2023. We were 4 persons. Each of us were going to have cake and a drink. The shop was about to close, yes, and we were only offered take away. The staff member was still sorting the place. I asked politely to let us 10 min sharp occupy one table for order 40 euros. 10 min 40 euros, she wouldn't wait for us. Answer from oriental girl was confident "NO". I AM NOT sure that the business need that staff. Adios.
For a family celebration I ordered the Gluten free afternoon tea which was such a lovely, enjoyable treat. I also got the regular Afternoon tea for the rest of the family & they were amazed at the tasty selection. I also got one selection delivered to a friend as a thank you gift & to say it was very well received would be an understatement! An ideal gift to send to someone as a birthday treat or mood booster during these 'stay at home' times. I also got some breads also which my family loved. Thank you to all in Baked for helping to make an ordinary day special!
The pastry was always nice but not the staff. Was here on Easter Sunday but one of the staff seems she had a bad day. Will suggest her to have a day off if she doesn’t want to work on the day but not give a bad service and attitude to the customers. Sat there to have my coffee and my chocolate supreme, looked at her on how she treats the others, she never smile to any customers. Was sad for the management to have a staff who work in this manner.
Good local bakery with a grand selection of freshly baked both sweet and filling treats. Freshly baked croissant was a delight, chia breakfast too. The place is too small for a perfect lunching experience, however it's great for a quick and delicious bite or as a bakery takeaway. Recommend.
It’s rather unfortunate that despite the several complaints regarding the rude behaviour of the staff, the management is yet to take any action. My experience was ruined because of that one female staff who also happens to be the rudest person I have ever come across in a cafe. Some of the pastries we ordered were also not really fresh. Not recommended. Personally I wouldn’t revisit this cafe.
