Booked in for highlights and was given an extremely rude member of staff. She had a real attitude issue! I was trying to explain what I wanted done, showed her pictures etc and she seemed to have a problem straight away. She was telling me what I wanted wouldn’t look right etc even though it was my ‘go to’ choice at Trendz. She wasn’t listening to what I was asking and ended up rolling her eyes and storming off to get the mixture. When she came back I smiled at her she gave nothing back and I apologised if I wasn’t clear, to which she grunted at me and wouldn’t even give me eye contact!! Didn’t really want this girl doing my hair so I told her to leave it and left to which she quickly changed her attitude but too late! Booked in at Oasis instead as very last minute but will be going back to Trendz just learnt my lesson of trying to get in last minute!! My mum and best friend go to Bainbridge and they’ve said they’ve noticed the same girl seems to also have an attitude too. They won’t be returning either.

Been going to Bainbridges for a while now. Staff always friendly and welcoming and will always sort out if I need to change my appointment. And my hair always looks lovely when I’ve had it done !

As always another fab haircut by Michelle. After growing my hair, again, I decided it was time for a complete restyle. I love it. thanks Michelle.

I have visited the salon twice and Sam, my stylist has beautifully cut my hair in the ways I have described.

Excellent customer service very friendly love the banter very professional in what they do that's why we keep on going back it's nice to go somewhere where we can be pampered
