Customer service and the drivers were excellent, we were unsure if we could get a skip on to a small drive so they sent a driver to see who gave great advice. It was delivered, filled and taken away all in one day. Overall an excellent service, we will use again.
Very rude staff - especially the young man in the office - arrogant and lacking manners. Prices are high ! I do not recommend this place!
So they forgot to give me a skip id already paid for over the phone a week before. Had to call and remind them to deliver it. Driver was lovely and asked where I would like it. Had to call them to remind them to collect it although it was booked for collection.... you will have to chase them up.Service: Trash removal & disposal
Price is ok but they don't remove the skip in the time stated, so 4**** only. Service is not too bad but can be better. They don't collect the skip from your drive when they should, you need to chase them several times for them to collect. Should collect on Saturday but collected on Tuesday.... so not too bad. If you use them, don't plan anything else because skip can be in the way.Service: House & garage cleanouts
Despite of narrow entrance, in the early hours a bit busy, everything running smoothly ; up to the weight bridge, tipped, up to the weight bridge, on the way out, paperwork ready, Cheers!
Friendly efficient service. Both driver's up to the challenge of a difficult drop off and collect point. Will use again soon sorry driver's!. Smaller lorry next time should make the task easier!
Never used them and have no intention to do so. One of their drivers decided to use the verge next to our house as a personal parking slot during lunch breaks. This continued when the verge was wet and, even after a complaint to the head office, still continued with the driver seemingly making an effort to do as much damage as possible.... Having heavily rutted the verge, I made a call again to the office and the initial impression from baileys was that this was not their problem... after eventually getting through to a manager they made it clear they were not bothered by the incident and didn't make any effort to repair the damage. If you want a professional company who won't upset your neighbours and will deal with any issues they create then better look alsewhere.....
