Beautiful setting. Very much enjoyed our break here. The hotel was immaculate, staff warm, friendly and nothing too much trouble. The food we had although only tried the breakfast was perfect. Although it is out of the main centre of Bath, it is easy enough to catch a bus from the bottom of the hotel drive. We preferred staying out of the main town a bit as it was quieter and less busy. Would definitely recommend.
We had a fantastic weekend here. The room was very nice with air con which was so important in the extremely hot weather. Location is a bit outside Bath but that was fine by us, we drove into Bath or got taxis organised by hotel very quickly. We did walk into Bath one evening which was a pleasant walk in. All the staff were very nice and always helpful. The terrace is lovely and it's a really nice spot to sit and have drinks and/or eat with lovely views. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a really lovely hotel, with brilliant staff and will definitely stay there again next time we visit Bath.
One of the excellent hotels I've been so far and I've been to many. The customer service is another level superior in comparison. The rooms are spacious, clean and high end furniture. We liked our breakfast and second day we had room service breakfast, all was tip top. Very competent people at the reception desk. Everyone was welcoming and so friendly. Definitely will be back
Stayed over Christmas. Every bit of food was exceptional. It was such a change from running around doing it all myself. I only had to butter my own toast and I bet that had I asked they'd have done that as well. The staff were really friendly, even fun! Noteworthy details: Dogs are allowed! Didn't bring Monty but others had their wolves with them. Just the restaurants were out of bounds.
We recently held the Reception and Evening Party for my daughter’s wedding at Bailbrook House Hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel at the start of our planning, the staff could not have been more friendly, helping us with arrangements to accommodating our “odd requests” in order to surprise the couple; nothing was too much trouble for Debby and her team. The day was stressful enough, even before the wedding car broke down, but once the wedding party arrived at the Bailbrook House Hotel, we knew we were in safe hands. The Reception and Evening Party progressed accordingly to plan. The food and service were superb. Thanks to Debby, Emma, Bogdan and all the staff who helped make the day such a memorable occasion. Food & drinks: Both service and quality of food excellent
Went here for a murder mystery weekend. Venue was nice and food was really great. Defo recommend the murder mystery experience with The Killing Game!! Only complaint was that the room was extremely cold - despite putting the heating up high in our room. The hotel itself was generally cold.
Just visited and was shown around. A very lovely place and friendly helpful employees. The head doorman was so lovely. Would love to stay oneday..Hotel highlightsLuxury, Quiet
Such a beautiful hotel however what made the experience memorable and wonderful were the staff. Honestly the service was beyond 5 stars. Every member of staff I encountered were exceptional and I must applaud the establishment for how it’s run. Such a lovely hotel with nothing too much for them to accommodate. I would rate my stay one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend visiting Bailbrook. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the beds were one of the most comfiest I’ve slept in. The room had aircon which was very pleasant. The food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner at The Cloister. 10/10 for portion and flavour. The staff at the bar were very friendly and polite. Overall I can’t fault this hotel in any way they have taken every small detail in to account. Thank you for our lovely stay!
Attended for a company off site event. The staff were impeccable, courteous, helpful and friendly. Accommodations were first class. Food was superb.Rooms: 5/5
Myself and my wife recently stayed for 4 nights and it was probably the best experience we have had so far with hotels around England The staff were very friendly and responsive. The grounds were beautiful and despite being only a stone's throw from the city centre, felt like you were in the countryside and away from the hustle and bustle. Also our room was magnificent. They have a number of beautiful lounges where myself and my wife would go to read while enjoying a drink brought up from the bar. We also tried their afternoon tea which was delicious The only drawback I felt which is minor was the quality of the breakfast in the morning. Particularly the English breakfast. I was expecting something a bit better than we were given, however it didn't sour our stay
