How can I give a 0 star review? This was diabolical. They forgot half of the order, and what was there was a soggy, inedible mess. Avoid if you'd like to remain well and healthy.
May need resuscitating after eating out of this dump. honestly just make your own lunch safer and at least you can guarantee its fresh.
First time in ordering good .. Order came omg looked like a dog dinner .took it back. The owner . Attitude is terrible . Food was under cooked and cold . Avoid at all costs . It's the baguette express and the breakfast box on scoffable ... He actually opened the box said what's wrong with and tried blaming it on mushrooms . AVOID don't waste your money
Very unimpressed got a Chicken burger. The bun was rock solid if I had time on my short lunch break I would have gone back and thrown it through the window with a note attached. No need for a brick Lol. U should avoid if you can waste of money.
Absolute Trash. Hotdog tasted minging and was soggy, the chips were at least 20 days old and tasted of carboard.
A nice little place in the middle of Bathgate town centre with lots to eat and drink on the menu. The service was fast and the food of good quality and portions. The lovely ladies who served Me, were very professional and courteous. All in all a good experience.
I'd give zero stars if I could, as I only phoned up to complain about the chips being reheated but they just said that they would return me to money and not to order from them again as they won't accept it. I was also missing a few other items but I never even complained about that. I will never order from even though I'm not allowed to.
Very unimpressed with staff and onsight managements poor attitude when it came to resolving there own mistake with my order. Somewhat expected from staff but to have the boss or manager who should be concerned with business matters / customer service even when “the shop is now closed” to be so unpleasant and unhelpful is shocking.
Wraps are a bit underfilled compared to other baguette express. They have an own app to order delivery, which gets accepted, but then they feel free to manually cancel of they feel it's too far for them to deliver. The state of the shop is far from its prime. All in all the food is ok.
I ordered 3 breakfast meals for delivery at 10.35am and was told it was expected to be 50 minutes but unfortunately it took until 12:30 till it arrived, bearing in mind that I am only 1 mile away from the breakfast box. The food arrived stone cold and burnt, had to re-heat the food in the microwave and hot drinks went down the sink. If i could review this as 0 stars i would.
