Cute play park for kids and family days out. Has a little cafe as well. Nice walk with a duck pond, hills and goats. Great for dog walks and family walks and all kind of walks. Only downfall is there is are new buildings which make the beautiful fields and forest views less natural, but I guess we live in a capitalist society anyways.
This is a large expansive area with several trails, pools and also a purpose built play area for children and an adventure climbing facility for the more energetic. It seems popular and well used - the parking often looking full but several areas for parking means that you will usually find somewhere. It’s currently £3 for the day and often a queue to pay. The tea room serves snacks and drinks quite suitable for the area. Lots of nature to explore on the trails plus wildlife as well
This is a lovely place, a great place for walks all year round, also a fantastic place for picnics in the summer, it has a large playground for the kids with lots of things to do, it has a go ape area but you have to pay for that. Going back to the walks, it has lots of wooded trails and a few hills to climb, it has a great view from the top which you can see for miles on a clear day, and you can also walk in to the Himley House Estate through the forest.
Love to walk here with my dog. Good varied paths that go all the way through to Himley. Reasonable drinks and good food options at the cafe. Parking is a little expensive on a weekend if you’re staying for more than an hour
Great value for parking £3 all-day. Superb play area for kids, reasonably priced cafe, toilet block all within easy walking distance. Beautiful park to walk around too, great day out.
Simply beautiful location on the outskirts of Dudley. Stacks of area to walk and loads to see. Great for dog walking and family days out. Parks for the kids. Probably one of the best summer spots for family days out. CASH ONLY FOR PARKING.
It's very pretty. Nice and quiet on the January days I've visited on. Car parking is £1.80 for an hour or £3 for the day. There's a nice playground and the walls are pretty. Toilets and a cafe are handy. It's well maintained and a peaceful, friendly place.
I've been here a few times and my kids love the park but they also like all the woodland walks around it too. We had a lovely visit the other day and even had a picnic. £3 to park for the day and as long as it's not raining there's lots to do. Had to watch the toddler with some of the steep drops on the walls but the top area by the park and cafe are perfectly safe. They did have a bouncy castle there this week which seems to be an outside company set up there with the dirtiest bouncy castle I've ever seen. I presumed it was that dirty because it was a free one. When I realised you had to pay there was shocked anyone would pay to let their kids on it and as I wouldn't have let mine on if it was free it was that filthy.
Good place for walks all year round, main tracks don't get too muddy, hill tracks either wear boots or go when dry. Good variety of track of you know where to go, maps could be better and track is quite long going to Himley Hall but a really good walk. Parking is not the cheapest but probably worth it.
Great for a good walk, just on outskirts of Wolverhampton. Easy paths to use, woods, pond, wildlife, picnic areas. Great play park for kids and nice food at the cafe as well! Reasonable parking prices too. Lovely for a day out with family/friends!
