Awful place unless you only have toddlers and very young children. Arrived today and was told I’d have to pay for my 14 yr old to be allowed to sit with me as she was too old for the inflatables while my other children played. First time visiting but definitely the last. Cold, empty shed with some basic bouncy castles. Was told to leave as I refused to pay for my eldest to be able to sit with me. Customer service appalling.

It's okay, kids loved the bouncy castles and all seem well maintained. Entry fee was good for no time limitations. Four of us all ordered food and none of us enjoyed it, coffee was also a bit naff.

Amazing value for money. A day on bouncy castles with your kid's. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff seem to be alert to children on the bouncy castles and kid's running around ( parent's note the staff are not there to child-mind your kid's ). Would recommend a day out here for the kid's ( & the big kid in you )

After arriving early and the first through the door we had to wait a reasonable 35 minutes for breakfast to arrive. The breakfast was mediocre but 10 items for £4 is a deal. The paper plates and plastic cutlery were very undesireable especially trying to cut brick hard sausage and overcooked fried eggs. The back door being open the entire time with a delivery and being a fire door must be against fire regulations or something. Apart from my rant the wee one had fun on the bouncy castles and so did the adults...a little gutted the Spiderman wall doesn't stick a 5 year old never mind an adult as advertised. Overall worth the money if in by 10 am for the cost to play as long as you wish.
