Ordered 2 chicken burgers and curly fries, took 55 minutes to get here that's ok as long as it's nice. Arrived stone cold and the chicken burgers were burnt. Phoned and asked for a refund they said they would send the driver back with the money and to collect the food. Never bothered sending him back. Before the blame is put onto the driver it wasn't his fault it was cold, it was 10 minutes from it left them to getting here, so not enough time to be stone cold. We have had a few bad experiences with Bada bing but after a long time decided to give them a go. Never again.
Thought I'd give this place a go and regretting it. First off it took an hour and a half for my delivery! By the time I got the pizza it was cold, I was annoyed but tried to make the most of it. Pizza was hard as a rock and barely cut. Avoid this joke of a place.
Ordered 3 kebabs and they were covered in oil. I called the restaurant to complain, the woman was lovely however she did say kebab meat comes in a "bucket" as we are not an actual kebab shop. Sent a replacement and this was clearly microwaved to dry out the oil. Requested full refund through just eat.
Waited 2hrs for delivery. Ordered a gluten free pizza was send a normal pizza. Food was cold on delivery.will never b back
I got food from bada bing last Saturday, my Italian garlic bread pizza and cookie dough pizza was both burnt, it was rock hard that I couldn’t even eat it, I never got a replacement, they closed very early that night. They also forgot to give me my sweet chilli dip. Poor service, rotten food, I definitely wouldn’t recommend!
Food order came wrong. Pizza was wrong and kebab included wasn't ordered, so someone else probably missing a kebab.The food was not nice. When rang the shop they didn't answer. I called in later, and showed the guy working my order details on the app, he said he doesn't see all the details, not my problem why have it???, he said he wasn't the boss so couldn't refund, not my problem. Said he was on his own and under pressure, not my problem. Recap: I person working, not able to cope with workload, not able to answer phone, no authority to refund on his mistake. Food not nice. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
My food came 2 hours after I ordered. It was inedible. I ordered and kebab but that’s definitely not what I got. The lettuce in the box was brown and rotten. The rest of the food looked like someone ate half of it and it was cold. We ordered two drinks and dips and only got 1 drink and 1 dip.
Food came 2 hours after delivery. It was either burnt or half cooked, no inbetween. Pizza was cold and obviously undercooked. Waited so long on the food we were no longer hungry when it arrived and everything was left uneaten. Dissapointed as this was our first time trying, unfortunately won’t be back.
I Called them to get my order sorted, around 3pm. So they have time to prepare and ready to be delivered to me at 7pm. My food arrived 1 hour later 8pm. What, didn't thy understood my order. I ordered 7pm not 8 or 9. The worst delivery ever, so sad. Have to eat something else. And of courses i refused to pay for pica with was delivered 1h later and, they can eat that food by themselves. I already eat my dinner, cooked my self. Next time i will order from dominos
Very friendly staff. The best pizza , so delicious with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast. Definitely going back.
