The red velvet cake was delicious and delivered on time, which was great. The lion decoration was really cute, and the one shape of the cake nice. However, we were a little disappointed by the overall look of the cake, some of the icing features looked unfinished.
Barbara is an amazing baker and cook, I would trust her with any special occasion! She is so versatile in what she can do and she knows the science of baking and patisserie inside out. Highly recommended!
Ordered some keto rolls and seeded crackers and they are divine. No weird taste, just delicious! Particularly impressed with the rolls. They taste just like normal rolls- so much so that I emailed Barbara to check she’d sent me the right thing!! I’ll order many more!! Also I froze them and they were great just defrosted. Yum!
Barbara is not only an amazing chef, she’s genuine and truly cares about transmitting her knowledge and passion for baking. I learnt so much during her classes and actually became addicted to her energy as much as her recipes. Highly, highly recommended!

The cakes are perfection! We have slices delivered as a treat and they are heavenly. The red velvet is moist, not too sweet and has the perfect amount of icing. The rum cake tastes just like I’m in the Caribbean and the Lime and Coconut gluten free cake is so nice and light!!!
