Staff are never at the reception desk. The people who work here arnt the best of people they expect you to take time off work without considering the consequences. When booking appointments face to face they sigh or get irate when you say you can't do that day because of work. We are now expected to drive all the way to wymondham from norwich because the phisio guy can't do the days that IV got off work in Norwich as he is working in the wymondham branch!
