Lovely atmosphere with plenty of space to sit outside, and inside. Cosy and the staff were lovely ensuring that our water was always topped up, and that we were treated well. Plenty of choice to eat and food came quickly, however still tasted fresh so very happy. Pasta was a little tougher / thicker than expected but the staff were very nice and informed the chef.
I dined in this restaurant with a friend on a Wednesday evening taking up the occasion to say hello to the Italian Chef Carlo, whom I personally know from another restaurant. We were warmly welcomed in by the owner, who made us at ease and comfortable right away, and sweetly looked after us for the whole dinner. We had truffle arancini to begin with: amazing taste, it reminded me of the ones I used to eat in Italy while I still lived there. It was accompanied by a delicious and delicate cheesy sauce, which remains we saved and ate with bread later on. So good! I then had the salmon medallion, very rich in flavour and texture. The creamy heart of the medallion tasted delightfully. As my last dish I opted for the risotto seafood: it was gorgeous for the eye and even more for the mouth. It had plenty of fish in it, the cooking time of the rice was perfect and you could say that every ingredient was fully interconnected with the others. Taste couldn't be anything if not amazing. I know this restaurant from the previous management, and it was a good one. Now, I can blindly say the new ownership took it to a higher level, with great service and attention for the customer, and fantastic food. Well done.
I had an amazing time at the restaurant, the service was excellent, the staff is amazing and make you feel home. Warm atmosphere. The portions are so generous and the quality of the ingredients are incredible ! I highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Burrata, truffle pasta, ravioli ricotta spinach, aubergine…
We stayed in London only for two days and that was the first restaurant we had our dinner at. Well, we ended up coming back three times and we absolutely loved it! Highly recommend this place. Definitely gonna come back next time we visit London.
Such an amazing experience. The food is indeed beyond expectations and the service is superb. This restaurant is highly recommended. From starter to dessert. In addition to that, the place is very accessible as its right outside Richmond station.
Lovely dinner at Bacco Ristorante Italiano after an afternoon in Richmond. A small menu that is well executed. The bruschetta with burrata, risotto with asparagus and prawns, and tagliatelle with black truffle were all excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Lots of Italian wines. Large outdoor seating area under large umbrellas. Definitely will return and would definitely recommend.
We happens to arrive before a rugby match in Twickenham and they were serving a fixed Rugby Menu for £45. They let us review it, while they cleared a space and we decided to stay. We are glad we did. The smoked salmon and carpaccio appetizers were light and very well presented. We were so hungry our pictures have about one third of them missing. The Sausage main was quite tasty, but the Lamb Shank was the winner: with meat falling off the bone. I preferred her lamb shank, but was happy with my “Italian bangers and mash.” The tiramisu and rum baba are a split decision. We both preferred the ones we got. We also enjoyed a bottle of Canaletto Pinot Grigio that went well with everything. We will definitely be back.
What a wonderful experience! We haven't visited this place since lockdown started, so we wanted to have a special dinner, family of 5 , 4 of which are picky italians. The food is EXCELLLENT! Greco di tufo bottle of wine, superb! We had the fried zucchini, calamari, bruschetta, buratta, salmon, prawn salad for starters....soooo generous in portions and delicious. Mains were prawn risottos and mussels pastas....even the fussiest of eaters would have finished those plates. Panna cottas and port, perfect together. The staff are lovely, friendly, smiley, super accomodating! Nice clean toilets and tidy, pretty looking indoors and outdoors, lighting is romantic, music very pleasant. Thann you so much to Elena and Eugen for being so attentive and giving us such a wonderful experience, we have so many reasons to come back for!
Love this spot so much!! Thé food is simply to die for. I gladly work myself into a food coma everytime at Bacco. Plus, great service - client always comes first and you feel it.
Me and my parents loved this place! Service was friendly and quick, food was great! No complaints at all. Will be going there again!
