Baby2k.com is the internet division of Baby 2000, one of the longest established baby product

Story

We are totally SERVICE based and though we accept price is important (we do have a price pledge guarantee) our priority is to make sure we give our customers a first class shopping experience.



We were the FIRST baby product retailer in the UK to produce "in house" video demonstrations and the FIRST specialist nursery retailer to display live stock information.



We are located in Portsmouth, Hampshire and some of our colleagues have been working with us for twenty years....so we really do know what we are doing!



In store, we display a large range of furniture, a limited amount of pushchairs & travel systems (our sister company Baby 2000 has a huge range) and several twin pushchairs & strollers not stocked by Baby 2000.



We SPECIALISE in "in car safety" and have THREE undercover car seat fitting bays and a team of very highly trained car seat fitters.



Our principal car seat fitters have been trained by ALL the major manufacturers and we suspect (between all our team members) we have more car seat training certificates than any other U K independent retailer.



Online, we aim to make you feel like you are buying from the shop just around the corner.



Wherever you are in the country, we make sure you have a personal contact all the way through your pregnancy and beyond.

At Baby2k.com you can view most of the products shown on our website and more... and you can purchase from us at our showrooms using cash, debit or credit card (sorry we do not take American Express or cheques). We are open Monday to Saturday 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. Closed Bank Holidays.



If you are coming to look at something in particular you can always call us to make an appointment, so to ensure that the product is available for you to view.



Please note that car seat fittings should be pre-booked to avoid long waiting times and we reserve the right to make a small charge when successful consultations take over 30 minutes but result in no purchase. A customer is never charged for fitting if a car seat is purchased or in the event that we can not find a range of suitable car seats for your car.
