What an incredible find - the food is absolutely delicious, full of flavour, fresh, punchy and extremely moreish! There was a steady stream of delivery people at the door, and having tasted the food you can see why the people of Clapham are so keen. Strongly recommended for anyone who enjoys middle Eastern food, and we were impressed with the vegan choices too.
So good and the lunch time meal is such good value!!! £10 for a kebab, chips and a drink - the frozen lemonade is amazing - filling but not too much that you feel gross after. Staff are lovely, interior is cute and food came very quickly and was so fresh Will try the box / salad next time!
Very tasty upmarket street food style kebab restaurant. It's a charming small cosy place and the service is relaxed and very friendly. The key dishes are the chicken or beef brisket kebabs that are served on a flat bread or in a bowl and both are accompanied by zesty crunchy salads and different types of souce. We loved both but the chicken kebab was the best one in our view. There are also plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. We also loved the fried halloumi starter with the honey dip. They serve nice craft dtaft lager and the prices for the food and drinks are very reasonable. We will come again soon.
Casual eatery offering delicious kebabs. I've paid a lot more in London for much less good food than I had here today. I had the chargrilled chicken - deliciously chewy bread, good sauces and the chicken had a district charcoal flavour. Lovely staff, plus top 90s tunes to boot I even asked for the playlist! The £10 lunch deal is great value - kebab, chips and a half pint of beer.
This is simply the best meal that I have had for a long time. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the service faultless. Small venue, toilets at the back and there are tables there, we sat here owing to the pram. Food was so so good! Cannot recommend enough!
I’m so lucky having you as neighbor. Chips a bit too salty but kebab was perfect and especially the sauce was really nice. I also like your way putting a big mint spring into the water - pretty as well!
Tried their chicken and beef kebabs earlier today- really tasty and I LOVE the hint of the charcoal smell! Highly recommended their harissa sauce too : just a pity that the bread was a bit cold when it was served, otherwise the dining experience was awesome!
Great food and a good price price. Very friendly service. Highly recommended. Really delicious food at a very good price. Portions are perfectly generous. The chicken kebab is tender, juicy and seasoned perfectly- not too spicy. Ask for the hot chilli comes in a bottle which is a great condiment. An extra side of halloumi is a must have - also a reasonably sized portion. Zaatar chargrilled flatbread is very authentic. The chargrilled cauliflower is also highly recommended. The beer is very good as well. Wish the restaurant was a little bit bigger but call ahead to ask about availability - they’re very accommodating.
This is a nice and cosy restaurant in Clapham that I visited as part of a large group on a Monday night in Oct 2022. The food is what you would expect from such a restaurant with veggie dishes being better than its meat dishes. It is worth noting that it is good value for money unlim some other restaurants that have hiked up prices and drop in quality. Worth noting is that if you are looking for atmosphere, the Clapham restaurant does have it unlike the Stratford Westfield restaurant which doesn't because it is in the restaurant area of the mall.
Really nice food and a great value lunch menu. I had the chicken kebab which was very flavoursome and well balanced - nice grill flavours combined with the sauces and fresh salad. Even the chips were a nice addition. I really enjoyed their own brand beer and hot sauce too - goes well with the meal. Definitely recommend for lunch in the area - uniquely good quality especially at that price point.
