My daughter was really worried about going to see the dentist. She is only 3 and has very few visits due to the pandemic. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the dentist and thier assistant put her at ease. She enjoyed the experience in the end and she that she would be happy to go again. I have been a patient here for 10 years and travel to attend appointments as I trust them; they make it clear to me what and why they are advising specific treatments and I never feel pressured into making any decisions. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

As a family we have used Bupa Royton for a number of years now. The staff are both professional & caring & we wouldn’t dream of using anywhere else. Just before Christmas last year, my son, who goes to a uni away from home, chipped both front teeth. After calling them late in the day, they managed to get him a 15 minute slot for the next day. Thinking he’d have to come back again, they did the full treatment there & then so he could get back to uni. The Dentist was absolutely fantastic & the reception staff were so helpful & understanding! Always have a great experience here & wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As a patient I  have used Bupa Royton for few months, And this is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do root canal and treatment totally pain free. ” Paria DN” did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. I have been going to this dentist now for about 2 years. I see Paria, she is absolutely lovely. Makes you feel at ease which for me isn’t easy as I’ve had some horrendous dentists previously. I’ve had fillings extractions and lots of impressions done for a plate I had made. I have to say I have NEVER felt the slightest bit of pain for any of it. Not only is Paria a lovely person she’s an absolute diamond of a dentist. Top marks for everything.

I used to highly rate this practice. Sadly my opinion of it has gone massively downhill as my last appointment for which I took an unpaid day off work to attend was cancelled because my hygienist couldn't make it due to the snow that had fallen that day. That in itself, not an issue. The fact that they were calling me the day before the appointment? How could she possibly have known she would be snowed in? She must have psychic powers I guess.  In response to their reply: just to clarify, when I spoke to the receptionist, I was quite upset due to the short notice of the cancellation. Her response was, simply, well we did try to phone you yesterday to make you aware of the situation, but couldn't get through. I'd like to point out that there was also a voicemail on my husband's phone from the day before, asking us to ring them as soon as possible.  I'd also like to point out that the name on this review wasn't even the name of the patient whose appointment this was. So the "routine" conformation they claim to know about wasn't even for me. My wife has never once had a confirmation phonecall for a dental appointment from this dentist in the past.  Would be nice if they just owned up to this really. It's amazing what an apology can achieve.

I called this surgery after 2 emergency appointments elsewhere and a week of severe dental pain. The lady who I think was called Sally on reception was so so helpful. She made sure she did all that she could for me even though I am not a registered patient, making sure I got seen due to myself being pregnant and even getting me to email across photographs of my swelling in my neck and face so she could show a dentist. The dentist I saw I didn’t get his name but he had dark hair and glasses and was very soft spoken was absolutely wonderful. He ensured that he triple checked that the medication he was prescribing me was safe for my pregnancy and refused to risk doing an X-ray. He was so gentle and just a really lovely man. Best dentist I’ve ever seen. I made sure I got on the waiting list to register here before I left!

Would like to say a big thank you to the hygienist Rebecca who I saw last week. I was a little nervous as I'd not had the best experience visiting a hygienist a few years ago different practice. The procedure was thoroughly explained to me and she gave me some great after care advice.

This is my third visit to the practice and I have been seen by Dr. Paria on each occasion. Each time she has surprised me with her amazing quality of work and her kind professional attitude and incredible knowledge of the field. I would totally recommend this practice for anybody as sensitive as myself who wants a 5 star service and an amazing result. p.s. Martine nurse is also an amazing lady who makes the whole experience pleasant and provides amazing support for the dentist.

Today I used this dentist for the first time and I couldn't have had a better experience. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming. Thank you Bupa Dental Care Royton.
