Stunning customer service by Elaine at Sunderland B&Q. I'd travelled quite a distance for some tiles, but the relevant section was closed off for a refurb. Thought it was a totally wasted journey - until I met, Elaine! She did absolutely everything to track down the tiles, which were actually covered up on a pallet outside. Stunning, huge thank you Elaine
Only giving one star because it won’t give less, I had the misery of visiting the staff at the bathroom kitchen area were to busy sitting around the centre columns looking at videos and chatting were very disinterested in helping told me, the item I wanted wasn’t something B&Q sold when I showed them on the B&Q online store that it shows as being in stock and sold there & what it was I needed they just pointed n grunted in a general area only to find they didn’t have what I need on the shelves asked again for help yet staff totally disinterested and rude went to screwfix got what I wanted in seconds you have lost a customer I’ve always used B&Q I won’t be using them again thanks to your rude disinterested staff.
Tile section was totally closed off to the public when I attended but a young girl helped me out with a serial number so I ordered what I wanted onlinenNice big store and lots of quality DIY goods ...this is a full size store not a smaller one
Telephone service appalling! Called to see if they have any of the buggi carts for the beach. Adviser didn’t have any knowledge this item at all. I was placed on hold again and again! and eventually he forgotten about the call and I was placed on hold for solid 10 minutes. No answer to my original question. Disgusting
Lovely experience from Ellie today so was very helpful and polite and let our son watch the paint be mixed
