Just visited Preston branch lovely cashier on till. Very helpful and pleasant makes such a difference. Thank you , think her name was Lucy
Just ordered a new kitchen. The team were friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with, they kept in close contact about appointments and surveys etc. Pleasure to deal with. The lady on the till who processed everything was a darling, almost as excited as I was, asking about it all.
The staff is extremely unhelpful. They are not interested in listening to you. If you try to approach them, they would try to fob you off.nIt didnt happen once, but multiple times with myself and my wife as well. Their ultimate aim is to ignore the customer !

I'd been stood around for ages and was just about to leave the Garden Centre and go elsewhere when Michelle came to help me with pots and chippings. Can't thank her enough for the advice and help. She clearly loves her job and couldn't do enough. Thank you Michelle!!
