People was friendly was clean lot of stock but a lot can only be orderd on line not in store big car park just refreshing plant stock can get to be busy place one of the good stores

Just visited your store and had the misfortune to be served by one of your assistants Hannah, (if you can call her that). Firstly I handed a tape measure into her, obviously someone had used it and left it on the floor.  She was utterly disinterested and did not even have the courtesy to say 'thank you'.  She made no eye contact throughout  the purchase and appeared to be utterly bored of her job!  I received no thank you, no sense that she was remotely bothered as to whether or not I was a customer.  Rude!  And is no asset to your business.  Maybe she needs a lesson in how to relate to those who are spending money that pays her wages. And please could you turn off that dreadful piped music.......................
