I recently bought a kitchen from B&Q and also paid for them to fit it. Looking back I wish I had went else where. The service instore was poor but the homefit team service waa really poor. Poor quality workmanship is what you get and then they expect you to live with what they have done. I will never buy anything from them again.

Couldn't find what I was looking for members of staff were only to happy to help and ask if I needed further assistance  very pleased with the service today

Usually have very good customer service but this morning was farcical. Arrived this morning for a £1 Click & Collect order which had already been paid for. The Item was visible at the till. Having eventually got to the front of the queue I was informed by the Staff member that she could not serve Click and Collect customers whilst there were other customers waiting (seriously?) ... this after performing a Return for the customer in front of me. The Staff member then sent out a tannoy announcement for another assistant who after arriving some minutes later said that they could not perform Click & Collect. Another Tannoy announcement was made for another assistant meanwhile the queue had disappeared from the till. Having pointed this out to the assistant she then proceeded to call "I can take someone here" across to the other Tills. All in all I was there for 10 minutes and ended up leaving the item.
