It's pretty much what you would expect from a B&Q to be honest. Their outdoor selection is slightly smaller than others I've been to but still plenty on offer. Definitely worth checking on the app if they stock a particular item as I've been caught out a few times.
Fantastic service and super helpful.nHad to return a damaged fire surround so spoke to “Cath” the checkout manager who was thoroughly professional and super helpful.nShe contacted other stores, found my fire at Bury store and arranged for someone to meet me with a replacement item.nBrilliant service. It’s a really a bad customer service when it comes to return and discuss the quality of products with them. I bout a gloss paint and my painter asked to return it as it’s not in a good quality and condition, when I back to store and discussed it with painting desk all what they did tried it on A4 paper and said it’s okay we think and then I spoke to a lady supervisor and a decoration manager called Ashton both were unprofessional and rude with me. If you can get the same product from somewhere else please do.33
Trafford B&Q is quite big. You can find everything you need for your DIY project. There are plenty of parking bays available.
Plenty of parking in a car park area that badly needs cleaning. Big store with loads of choice and some good prices. Finding the staff is hard to do but when you can find them they try to help as much as they can. Self service tills are even more annoying than most of the shops as they are so slow and need a staff member every other item. Cafe is ok but the nutty van in the car park is better.
