I went in for MDF and 22 cuts! Ilya was amazing and helped cut every piece and explained that cuts will take off some of the wood, so if I’m using a 2.4m board and needed multiple cuts then the total length will no longer be exactly 2.4m as wood will be cut off. He was so patient and I felt like he did his best to provide an excellent customer service, journey and experience. I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves.

Fantastic crew. Recce was very helpful in helping me find a solution. They also have a custom paint analyser which samples and gives you the exact paint colour you're looking for.

I was there to get some paint, tried to ask Bill I think? at the till who’s sorting some merchandise, I tried to wave to get his attention but he just totally ignored me, not even a look, not until his colleague who was leaving told him I needed his help, then Bill just replied “I can’t do 2 things at once can I”… what kind of customer service is this? Such disrespect for a customer, sigh.

Had an excellent experience today buying things for a DIY project. Ilya at the timber cutting station was very accommodating and helpful. We were very grateful for his assistance :
