We bought our kitchen from this store. Although we knew how we wanted it to look, Tracey helped us put it together and compiled our shopping list. There were a few deliveries but not one thing was missing and the quality is first class. We were able to do the whole thing without any help from kitchen fitters. Not bad for a 60+ couple. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend B&Q kitchens and Tracey. Cant thank you enough. Our kitchen is exactly how I dreamt it would be.
I wish I could give this a 0 star, this place is an absolute nightmare, I bought some paint and on the way it fell and spilt in my car everywhere, I bought 3 other paint tubs which I believe is really secure and put them together and the others didn’t spill, normally I would have to use a screwdriver to open one of these lids. I believe it is the material problem, I mean if every one of the paints on the shelves fell, would they also spill? The manager said it’s my problem that I should’ve bucked it but I haven’t needed to buckle it before in the past and why would I need to buckle everything I buy? You can’t blame me when it’s your product that’s the problem the lid should’ve been more secure! I asked them if they could compensate for my car damages and they wouldn’t! My car is now ruined and all drenched in paint! And your product material that isn’t secure and strong enough! I put them together in a corner and it’s already pretty safe, it got all over my car and caused a huge problem! B&Q company can’t even resolve such a small issue? I advise you NOT to shop here because the customer service is terrible and so is their products! They’re bullying us customers! I will not be shopping here again the experience was horrible!
Having visited your store on numerous occasions over the last 6 months I would like to say what wonderful , helpful and friendly staff in store. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their knowledge is second to none. Well done to you all.
Went in to buy things to replace silicone and Kam was incredible. Helped me get everything I needed and gave me helpful tips on how to do it. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated!
Came in to buy some paint for our bathroom. Had some paint mixed up and put it in the bottom of the pram and the lid hadn’t been put on properly. When I got to the till, I noticed it had leaked, staining the pram. A man stood and watched me and did nothing at first, then I asked for something to clean up the paint with and he gave me tissue. The paint did not come off so I said I was unhappy about this and he offered me 10% off my £4 paint tester. I explained the pram was stained and I wasn’t fussed for 40p off. He just said yeah and I asked for someone else. In that time a lady had come round having a go at this boy to help other people instead of me. I’d not asked for anything nor indicated I wanted to pay she started clicking on the self-serve and I said I’d not finished scanning. She carried on and then asked me for ID for a plastic scraper. I hadn’t even finished scanning and she purposefully came out to tap the screen to the end so it flagged asking for ID. Didn’t have any; certainly don’t look under 25 so I said no problem. She proceeded to take it away and went off to be rude to more customers. Another lady arrived who was a supervisor and I explained the situation. She was very smug smiling as the colleagues and I explained I was upset. She then called an older lady over and had her on the floor scrubbing the bottom of the pram with wipes just standing over her. My pram is still stained, I put it the items to the side and decided to go elsewhere.nnDoes nobody who works here have any skills to talk and act like a human being? Nobody seemed to manage to have a normal conversation.
