A really good B&Q a wide range of products with very helpful staff. One of the best I have been to.

Shocking service only 2 tills open one if which can only do small items as scanner broken but other till in full Working order stood empty. Asked a guy who was standing watching the till with wonky eyes if there was a manager available. He replied yes somewhere. I doubt if iwill get a reply if your staff is anything to go by

Went to store to purchase a shower and flooring not on the shelf, guy ? called Chris was more than helpful ordered in store on line and it has been delivered by lunchtime today very impressed. 
Buying wooden flooring a bit of a minefield, again very helpful chap called Mac could not have asked for better customer service, have had some bad experiences with larger stores and chains so well done to staff and thank you

Large store and very well laid out with helpful staff. Check around the sale area as some items I noticed were full price elsewhere in the store. Displays are easy to walk around with good lighting.

B&Q is always a pleasure to visit :charming and helpful staff: huge stock :value for money : clean and well arranged store-and in their cafe, the best bacon roll EVER!! What more could one ask! Many thanks B&Q.
