Every time Ive visited this store the staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Also their covid safe policy on entry is excellent. Great branch of B&Q
I couldn't find the certain colour of spray paint that I wanted lol. They have all other colours. Nice staff
Most of the time it's great other times you get members of staff who make you feel like you've interrupted their day. Not interested in helping you or guiding you to the correct locations or products. I've been a few times but I'm actually looking at changing my store to a different one as I don't feel welcome anymore
Pretty good! Staff are foing what they can to help people stay safe, but some customers are just rude! Asked for help, was helpped quickly and efficiantly, and at check out the young man in a boss mask was charming and polite.

My visit to B+Q was very productive there was an extensive amount of products available at a reasonable price with an opportunity of free delivery of orders over £50 cannot find a fault with the store
Great value on most items, I have joined their club card scheme which is well worth it.
