Good B and Q, v large and has a good selection. Covid protection in place and lots of parking
Bought some paint, staff was helpfull in choosing what i wanted and it wasn't too busy in there .
Yes there was a queue, a very orderly one. There traffic system around the store was good, so overall my experience was very good.

B&Q have always been the same. They sell some reasonably priced stuff but it's difficult to find what you want and the price because stock is not always in the right place. You can always walk around for 10 minutes until you find a staff member.
The people on the tills have no protection against covid except a flimsy screen that does not go all the way around and they are serving 100's of customer's a day not good enough.
Bought a kitchen from here recently. Jeevaka couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried, I never used to buy from b&q but will now purely because of Jeevaka. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Give this man a promotion.
