Great shop, except for the fact that during Covid-19 all the toilets for customers are closed. You might be in the shop 2 hours,  and sometimes there is a need of using toilet, especially for people with medical conditions. Other than that,  great place,  very good and friendly customer service.

Simple layout Lovely staff

Found everything we wanted for decorating and more. They had a sale on so picked up some great bargains too.

Went for some garden stuff today and I must say they are great at keeping to COVID regulations, hand sanitizer stations and great social distancing, plant that I got were great value and will be back for more. Thanks B&Q

Good social distancing inside store and staff are always helpful

Busy considering the restrictions on at the moment but staff are great and social distancing is happening more often than not.
