B&Q Grantham is a solid store with friendly, helpful staff and a clean, well-organized layout. The store is pretty decent—well stocked without being overly large like those in bigger cities, which makes shopping quicker and easier. Parking can be a bit tight, but overall it’s a great local store and well deserving of a 4.8-star rating.

I had an issue with the paint they mixed for me, it was totally the wrong colour.nJay was so helpful, he took the time to look at the mixture of my old tin on the computer and noticed the error. He remixed the colour for me and it was spot on. If only all the staff in there were as knowledgeable and helpful. I have to paint my walls white and then paint with the correct colour just because the person before mixed the wrong colour.nWell done Jay for making a very upset and mad customer into a happy one.nI was sold the dark grey instead of the beige ammonite colour!

This is my husband's regular go-to DIY store, we recently moved to Grantham, and were instantly delighted to find B&Q. All the staff are pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to shop there.

Found everything we wanted, very impressed with friendly, helpful staff especially Darran, will definitely be our go to DIY place
