I don't visit DIY shops on a regular basis but onnthis occasion i was looking for something that was out of stock. I did make a purchase but the one thing that irritates me the most is being forced to use self service tills. I won't be going back, i will shop online. And, if you haven't already done so, checkout there app. There are loads of stuff on therebthat they don't have instore.

We were stood a little lost and a staff member called Darran was so friendly, so helpful. You have a star staff member there, please give them all the praises they deserve.

Easy and convenient. VERY high priced in some items however.nEg; strip wood in pine £14.00 odd. The SAME price as the OAK!

Very friendly customer service. I use it regularly, have most of what I need and recommend a visit. 10/10.

I had an issue with the paint they mixed for me, it was totally the wrong colour.nJay was so helpful, he took the time to look at the mixture of my old tin on the computer and noticed the error. He remixed the colour for me and it was spot on. If only all the staff in there were as knowledgeable and helpful. I have to paint my walls white and then paint with the correct colour just because the person before mixed the wrong colour.nWell done Jay for making a very upset and mad customer into a happy one.nI was sold the dark grey instead of the beige ammonite colour!
