Wanted a board cutting to size. Took it to the saw and pressed the button. About 5 minutes later someone arrived and told me the saw wasn't working. Ever thought about putting a sign saying it is out of order?
Have visited today to purchase equipment for panelling, we were helped by Ash-Lee and we feel he deserves a mention. His expertise in relation to this was 2nd to none, we found him approachable, knowledgeable and above all a pleasure to deal with. He demonstrated complete professionalism and patience as our DIY prowess is severely limited…..thanks again.
Visited to purchase some paint, Janine was brilliant, very knowledgeable, patient and friendly giving us great advice on what paints to purchase, wish all staff could be like this.
Decent B&Q with its biggest asset being the staff. Very friendly and accommodating with genuine service not seen very much nowadays. Store layout is a little odd and can be difficult to find things plus car park is poor and needs sorting out.
It’s ok, prices not the best but all in one place for DIY stuff - you pay for the convenience
