BP Roofing have left me with a roof that is less than sixth months old, with no warrantee, and every time it rains, water comes in through several locations of the top floor bedroom ceiling. It has damaged the decor, and is seeping through the carpet and into the floor below. Other roofers have informed me that the job is actually incomplete, and areas that have been completed were done badly. As Brett informed me that the warrantee was not transferrable e.g. I bought the property two months after the roof was replaced, and it was replaced as a condition of the purchase because I did not pay for the work, even though they knew the property was for sale, I have booked and hired a new roofer which is costing me £2050 + VAT, and leaving me out of pocket. Would not recommend.
