Went to pick up 7 tins of paint, store only had 4, i spoke to young Jak and asked if he could find out if any more out the back, he looked, came back and said no, i asked if he could find out if ashington store had any, no problem he said, off he went via his manager to call the other store, he came back short time later to say the other store had 10, what a lovely helpful young man, polite and stopped what he was doing to help me and go the extra mile in calling other store for me.... Jak is a credit to the store and deserves praise for his assistance to me, but more importantly i found his manners and nature a lovely change in the way most staff deal with customers. Well done Jak, keep it up and in no time you will be climbing the ladder. I also then purchased the paint at the Ashington store.. well done Jak.
Horrible experience. Very tight isles. Stock in the wrong places. Crunchies here in 2 separate places with the wrong labels, I missed that they were both incorrectly placed. When I asked at the till an employee went to check. As did I. I took pics to show my wife and returned to the till. Waiting for the employee a further 5 mins he returned with a correct crunchy label with the higher price. No mention that they were in the wrong place in 2 locations and simply that I was wrong. Poor.
Typical b and m. Lots of stuff you do not need, but buy anyway! I like this shop. Sell regal cat food, which my cat loves.
Everyone likes B&M ,great for a browse.Aways go in for 1 item and come away with lots of things you didn't realise you needed !
Can't complain, it sells what you need or things you didn't know you needed till you saw them
