Horrible experience. Very tight isles. Stock in the wrong places. Crunchies here in 2 separate places with the wrong labels, I missed that they were both incorrectly placed. When I asked at the till an employee went to check. As did I. I took pics to show my wife and returned to the till. Waiting for the employee a further 5 mins he returned with a correct crunchy label with the higher price. No mention that they were in the wrong place in 2 locations and simply that I was wrong. Poor.
Very comprehensive outlet, with many aisles, clearly marked as to contents.nFound what I was looking for in the 'electrical' aisle.nOnly problem was having only two tills open, with some customers, understandably, with almost overflowing trollies. No attempt to request further assistants.nPart of the Manor Walks campus, so benefitting from 4hours free parking.
Great store, everything really easy to find, helpful and efficient staff I prefer this B&m to others nearby
Some good prices depending on what you're looking for. It's a shop where you go for a few things then come out with a basket full
Love having a visit to B&M. Always come out with a basket or trolley full of stuff. Nice big airy shop. Lots of space to move around and some great offers too
