I constantly go into b&m and must spend fortunes each week. But today was the worst experience ive ever had in that b&m I don’t do reviews I think there piontless but my god it was just that bad!. First of all I understand it’s busy I work in a busy environment to but there is no need to speak to any one the way I was spoken to my little sister had gotten a few things and so I was going to pay separately as I was putting my stuff in my bag and getting my little sisters money out I was asked with an attitude “are they yours to” I said yes she went “right then” with the same attitude and face like I’d shat on her then I accidentally dropped my sisters money because I was being so rushed so much by the cashier and then ended up having to pay with my money because I felt rushed my boyfriend had his monster ready to pay for and he was shoved out the way by a couple who then placed there stuff down as well the cashier started scanning there stuff so my boyfriend left his monster there and we left.if you can’t handle retail don’t work in retail. And it’s not the first time we’re I’ve been in and every looks like they want to die
Great store lovely staff , young man called Scott very helpfull and nothing to much trouble .Great service a credit to your store

Great place but need lower trolleys ....they only have the deep large ones
The main store is good, which is why I gave it 3 stars. The garden side is absolutely dire. I wouldn't have even bothered opening it if so little effort was going to be made.nnIt's just full of dead and dying plants that need a good watering.
