First time shop. Entrance / Exit busy with not much space to move through. Shop massive but you need to look at some of the black vases as they are damaged. Enjoyed a mooch and there was plenty to buy. Check out OK.
As a 1st time visitor I was taken aback how rushed this place was at 5pm.nnThe price labels are on yellow paper with faded greyish letters which makes them so UNREADABLE.nnPrices for certain products aren't labelled where the item/s should be.nn2 female staff were smirking in my presence when I questioned about some products as if I didn't know what was happening on their side.nnI had to point out a spillage to a grumpy female staff with a tattoo on her neck who just huffed her chest and cheeks like it was gonna kill her.nnMetal trolleys are left wrecklessly in each aisle and NO one gives a damn about health & Safety. Not even the basics are being applied.nnA white male secruity guard / backroom staff gave me a nasty stare as i was walking up the aisle towards him as if he wanted to stomp me out.nnWelcoming newcomers or some older ones doesn't exist in this place as witnessed first hand.nnMore needs to be done. A one till being operated by a female while there were so many people inside was absolutely ridiculous.
What a poor run store some of the staff not even in uniform one girl in a Nike jumper and old guy on the till wears whatever head gear he wants, the security guard what's the point having him you see people steal all the time but he seems happy to look at the females, one girl needs to wash her brush her teeth the older ladies are nice mind.
Absolutely Lovely Pub and Had a Drink or Hot Cuppa as I Needed The Toilet Desperately and Badly as You We Do Staff Were So Lovely and Friendly and Pleasant Though
Good store part of a small retail park prices for parking where expensive the store itself was like any B&M well laid out and packed with everything you could need
